Sourcing fine art depicting the office of the Papacy instead of the individual was the primary challenge of this cover design.
With academic-style text filling over 750 pages, special consideration was given to the interior typeface and indentations. Set at 10.5pts in Minion Pro, the larger x-height helps with readability. Headers and chapter openers are Warnock Pro with a coptic motif.
